Description
"Ach Gott, iss da schüa!" Ja, dass ist oft zu hören, wenn die alte, quietschende Haustür einen ersten Blick in das über 300 Jahre altes Bauernhaus zulässt. Der wärmende Kachelofen und die alte Bodenstiege aus Eiche machen neugierig auf das was es noch alles zu entdecken gibt. Seit 1997 leben wir mit unseren Gästen und unserer Leidenschaft die Liebe zur fränkischen Wirtshauskultur. Wichtig sind uns auch die Bewahrung des heimischen Dialektes und die Erhaltung der Volksmusik in fränkischen Wirtshäusern. „Sabine ,du kochst fei richdich guäd“ Ein Satz, den Sabine oft von unseren Gästen durch die offene Küchentür zu hören kriegt. Auch für „Schlemmerreisen Franken“ und die „Abendschau“ des Bayerischen Fernsehens hat Sabine schon immer wieder gekocht. Sie liebt die fränkische, saisonale Küche mit der sie auch „ämoul frömm gedd“ . Omi-Dinner , Bettgeflüster, Wirtshausmusikanten, Bratwurstwochen, Wildwochen, Heringsbüffet - ein kleiner Auszug was wir alles für Sie anbieten.

The "food for home" was excellent as usual. But I'm also looking forward to the "meal on site" again. I don't want to miss the cozy atmosphere and the nice and charming hospitality of the "landlords".

We were allowed to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary here in a "small circle". It was wonderful - everyone was completely satisfied. In addition to the very good food, the ambience and the warm and entertaining atmosphere were the perfect setting for our party. Thank you both very much - we'd love to come back

More than "just" a restaurant visit! In addition to wonderfully prepared and extremely delicious food (the eye eats as you know with 😉), invites the philosophy of the innkeepers (Franconian dialect, homey atmosphere and quaint ambience) to stay. Greetings from the north, we enjoyed it very much and we are looking forward to a next visit 😃

Very good food, but one star deduction because the side dishes were not homemade (wedges and spaetzle). Service top. Great ambience. Will definitely come back.
